March 18: Nasarawa lawmaker expresses optimism of victory

Alhaji Muluku Agah, the SDP candidate for the Nasarawa House of Assembly, says he will win the March 18 election in his constituency.

He currently represents Nassarawa Eggon East state constituency.

Muluku, who is the Chairman, House Committee on Planning, Budget and SDGs, expressed his optimism during meeting on Tuesday with non-indigenes and other stakeholders residing in Wakama ward.

He assured them of all inclusive leadership in the interest of peace and for the overall development of the constituency and the state at large.

“I have done it before and will continue to do it, and you will continue to enjoy more dividends of democracy.

“I have done my best in givingn employment and empowerment to the youths and women, among others.

“My projects in terms of health, education and other infrastructure are everywhere in the communites of my constituency,” he said.

Muluku however solicited for their support to enable him win the Saturday’s election

“I am pleading that the way we do for Sen. Godiya Akwashiki is the same way we shall do for Hon. Muluku. I am soliciting for your support and votes,” he said.

The lawmaker also urged them and other electorate to vote and protect their votes in the election.

While appreciating the constituents for their continous support, he said: “Please vote for me and protect your votes to enable me come out victorious in the election.”

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that other stakeholders that met with the lawmaker included “Sai Muluku group” and “OLA Football team”.
