Dafinone calls on Deltans to show total support for APC

Hundreds of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) supporters from Enerhen in Ward 3 in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State have dumped the Party for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The former PDP supporters, while dumping the Party, vowed to deliver all candidates of APC including Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Ovie Omo-Agege, Ede Dafinone, Hon Henry Baro and Mr Edafe Emakpor for President, Governor, Senate, House of Rep and the State House of Assembly respectively.

They stated that despite their support for the Peoples Democratic Party, the PDP, the little projects enjoyed by the residents today were a result of the APC-led Federal Government of President Mohammadu Buhari.

The defectors were received into the Party by APC Chieftains in the ward and the Ede Dafinone Campaign Council Director General, Chief Adelabu Borjor and other top chieftains of the party during the Dafinone Campaign Council Ward-to-Ward campaign in Uvwie.

The defectors were from the different Wards in the Council including Enerhen, Erovie and Kolokolo.

However the Chairman of Erovie Community, in Ward 1, Chief Tom Eyejayefe while receiving the Dafinone campaign team, applauded the Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege for the development in his Community adding that empowerments that came to the community, were through the DSP.

“I can count to up 60 street lights and two transformers that came to Erovie came through Agege, by the time Agege becomes the Governor and Ede Dafinone is the Senator, more things will come to the communities” he boasted.

The APC House of Assembly Candidate for Uvwie, Barr Edafe Emakpor urged all the party faithfuls to vote for APC candidates, adding that he will do all he can to make Dafinone succeed in the coming election.

Barr Emakpor noted that the Award Winning Chartered Accountant has empowered over two thousand persons through skills acquisition programmes.

Earlier while addressing APC faithfuls at Uvwie, Ward 4, Chief Ede Dafinone stated that the Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege has done well as a Senator, and voting him as a Governor of Delta State will be better for it.

“He will bring responsible Government to his people. With Agege Delta State will be better, he feels the pain of the people. Choose a Governor that will work for you, choose APC” Dafinone urge those listening.
