Eferegor declares interest in Ethiope West House of Assembly position

A renowned business man and Chief Executive Officer of Goddey Shipping Coy, MR. Goddey Mathew Eferegor has declare his ambition to contest for the Ethiope West House of Assembly seat.

The 44 years old on Wednesday told newsmen that his years of experience as a successful business man have craved the desires of his people yearning for a leader who will genuinely bring dividends of democracy to them.

He said, from inception of the creation of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, from 1998/1999 till date, he has been a card carrying member of PDP Ward 1 unit 3 and have been actively involved in the politics and electioneering process of Ethiope West, Delta State and General election.

“It’s a very tough decision for me but I have accepted to throw my hat into the political ring of contesting for the position of the Delta State House of Assembly, Representing Ethiope West Constituency.”

He added that his decision to contest meant hope for the youth, women and men of the constituency as their true potentials as they sojourn through life will be realised.

Part of manifesto which he has tagged as vision and mission 2023 include: Creation of more roads in Ethiope West, Sponsoring Bills that will promote make the constituency Economic hub of Ethiope West and Delta State, capacity building on human development and others, adding that he will ensure projects are evenly distributed without sidelining others as every kingdom or community have equal right in their political obligations.
