‘You don’t need to have millions before you can help’ – Ezekiel Daniel

The Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, Senior Assistant on Security matters, Comrade Daniel Ezekiel has called on well placed Nigerians not to hesitate in helping the vulnerable in an effort to help with the COVID-19 crisis, adding that you don’t need to be super-rich to touch someone’s life.

Comr Ezekiel, who has used more than N3m in the purchase of rice, beans, noodles, including cash to residents of Warri, Sapele and other communities in  Delta since the sit-at-home order started said. “The virus is ruthless, and we have seen the brutal impact it has had on people—directly to their health and their income.

“I want to try and help in my own little way, you don’t need to have millions before you can help’ -the governor is doing everything to help us, so in our own small way, let’s support him.

Ezekiel noted that communities around these areas need help, that we can do more to strengthen them during this moment of hardship.” insisting that not only donations will solve issues brought on by the coronavirus, but believes that we should all do what we can to help those around us.

“Let’s also support those working on the front lines of the crisis by donating to our health facilities in various communities where it operates and works with civil authorities to provide local aid” Comr Ezekiel who also spoke this morning on tips on how to curtail crime and social vices during this lockdown on Delta Rainbow TV show in Warri said.
