Yaya Toure has signed on as head coach of Slovan Bratislava. Sky Sports broke the news on Tuesday.
The Ivorian legend will bring Darren O'Dea along as his assistant coach. O'Dea previously worked at Celtic and Swansea City.
Toure, 43, spent time as assistant coach with Saudi Arabia's national team before this move. He's a former Barcelona midfielder with proven pedigree.
During his Manchester City years, he won three Premier League titles. He also claimed a Champions League crown and two La Liga trophies while at Barcelona.
Coaching experience includes a stint with Tottenham Hotspur in England's top flight. He now takes charge in Slovakia.
