Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Delta State, United Kingdom Chapter, have joined millions of Deltans at home and abroad to celebrate the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, as he clocks 63 years, is described as a leader committed to peace, progress, and the sustainable development of the state.
In a congratulatory message signed by its Chairman, Mr Lucky Gbenedio, Esq., on behalf of the APC Delta State UK Chapter, the group praised Governor Oborevwori for his dedication to good governance, prudent management of public resources, and the implementation of policies and projects aimed at improving the lives of Deltans.
The statement noted that since assuming office, Governor Oborevwori had continued to demonstrate “remarkable leadership, humility, and commitment to service,” adding that his MORE Agenda had provided a clear direction for the state through strategic interventions in infrastructure, human capital development, and other critical sectors.
According to the APC UK Chapter, the governor’s achievements in road construction, rehabilitation of critical infrastructure, and investments in key areas of development had continued to attract recognition, noting that his administration’s focus on responsible governance had strengthened confidence among citizens and investors.
The group further commended Governor Oborevwori’s commitment to unity, peace, and inclusive governance, describing these qualities as essential ingredients for the continued growth and prosperity of Delta State. It stated that his leadership style had created an environment that encourages development and progress across the various communities of the state.
While wishing the governor a happy 63rd birthday anniversary, Mr Gbenedio prayed to Almighty God to grant him good health, wisdom, strength, and divine guidance to continue leading Delta State. He added that the APC Delta State UK Chapter remained committed to supporting initiatives that promote the advancement and prosperity of the state.
