Ughelli community Youth Chairmen’s Forum get new executive, to promote unity, peace 

The Ughelli Clan Community Youth Chairmen’s Forum recently inaugurated a new set of elected officers with Comrade Victor Panama emerging as the new Chairman while Comrade Wilson Okorugbo will be the Secretary.

The inauguration ceremony took place in the Inene community, Ughelli. with the outgoing chairman Comrade Okeya Clement and the outgoing secretary Comrade Amos Oruma present.

The event also saw a large turnout of community chairmen and stakeholders.

In his handing-over address, Comrade Okeya Clement spoke passionately about the importance of the Forum in uniting all the community youth leaders of the great Ughelli Kingdom.

He charged the incoming executives to take the forum to even greater heights.

Clement maintained that as the 4th chairman of the forum, he has accomplished a lot. He, however,  acknowledged that the incoming exco still has much work to do to continue moving the forum forward.

Comrade Panama, the newly inaugurated chairman in his acceptance speech thanked the forum members for electing him to lead the forum. He promised to deliver on the goals and objectives of the forum while also listening to positive feedback from everyone.

Panama pledged to unite and promote peace among all the youths of the Ughelli Kingdom communities and the Delta State. He vowed to pursue the welfare and development of all the forum members.

Earlier, Panama had thanked the Ovie of Ughelli Kingdom for his fatherly advice and support of the forum. He promised to build upon this gesture with even more hard work.

The newly elected officials have their work cut out for them. But with unity and determination, they can lead the Youth Forum to greater growth and success.
