Super Falcons begin preparation for Cape Verde clash

The Super Falcons of Nigeria began their preparations for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Cape Verde in Abuja on Monday night.

They had a session to recover and a light training session at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

The interim head coach, Justine Madugu, and his assistants oversaw the session.

They expect more players to join the team’s camp on Tuesday as they get ready for the encounter with Cape Verde.

The first leg will happen at the MKO Abiola National Stadium on Thursday.

The second leg is planned for the Santiago-Estadio Nacional Blue Shark in Praia on Tuesday, December 5.
