In acknowledgement of his unwavering commitment to socio-economic transformation in Nigeria and Africa, Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko was conferred with the "Social Impact of the Decade" award at the inaugural Megastar Man of the Decade Awards (Africa).
The event, held on December 1, 2024, at the Wells Carlton Hotel and Apartments, Asokoro, Abuja, recognized Senator Nwoko’s visionary contributions, groundbreaking initiatives, and steadfast dedication to improving lives and advancing sustainable development.
Hon. Gloria Okolugbo, Communications Director in the Office of the Senator, represented him at the ceremony, lauding his tireless service to humanity. “Senator Nwoko’s unparalleled compassion and transformative support across critical sectors such as health, education, and infrastructure epitomize true humanitarianism,” she stated.
The celebratory evening featured intellectual and entertaining highlights, including a comedy performance, a panel discussion on the transformative power of social enterprise, and a live musical act that concluded the night on a memorable note.
Distinguished attendees included the Governor of Nasarawa State, represented by Alhaji Yakubu Lamai and the Attorney General of the State, alongside media luminary Dele Momodu, who accepted his award in person.
