NIPR Delta Chapter congratulate Oyewe, Delta NUJ Chairman on his electoral victory

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Delta State Chapter congratulates one of her own, Mr. Churchill Oyowe on his emergence as the newly elected Chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta State Council.

In a statement signed by its Public Relations Executive, Joy Ochei, the Chairman, Delta State Chapter of NIPR, Mr. Godfrey C. Osakwe notes that the endorsement of Oyowe by his peers in the media profession is an expression of confidence and fortitude to deliver quality service and good governance based on his excellent managerial performance in public relations and journalism practice over years.

“Osakwe, welcomes the activities of NUJ in Delta State in promoting good governance and economic development of Delta State and Nigeria in general; whilst serving as the conscience of the society.

“While wishing the newly elected executives of Delta State Council of NUJ a successful tenure in office, Osakwe urges members of the pen profession to remain focused in its determination to enthrone the highest standard practice in public relations and journalism in Delta State. And also, to join hands with the State Government to showcase Delta State in a more positive light, as a choice destination for investment, tourism and habitation”, the statement read.
