In an outstanding academic feat, Fresh Angle International columnist and budding scholar, Ebule Oritsemeyiwa Precious, has shattered expectations in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), scoring an impressive 334 out of 400.

Ebule, author of MathsGE With MeyiBule, demonstrated exceptional proficiency in the sciences, racking up 98 in Mathematics, 98 in Physics, 85 in Chemistry, and 53 in English. The final-year student of Federal Government College, Warri, is the son of Ebule Anthony Metsese, Co-Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Fresh Angle International.

Prior to the main examination, Ebule had already hinted at his potential during the UTME mock held on April 10, where he scored 326—posting 96 in Mathematics, 94 in Physics, 71 in Chemistry, and 65 in English.

With his sights set on studying Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE), Effurun, Delta State, Ebule stands out as a beacon of excellence in a year where JAMB reported that 75% of candidates scored below 200, and fewer than 1% surpassed the 300 mark.

His remarkable performance not only defies national trends but also cements his reputation as a young intellectual powerhouse and a role model for aspiring students.
