Manchester City couldn't close the gap on Arsenal after Everton held them to a 3-3 draw on Monday night at Goodison Park.
Pep Guardiola's side trailed the Gunners by six points coming into the match. Early signs suggested an easy victory was on the cards.
Jeremy Doku's curling finish before the interval put City in control. But Everton came out firing after halftime like a completely different team.
Thierno Barry bagged two goals while Jake O'Neill added another to turn the game on its head. City fought back through Erling Haaland and Doku to salvage a point.
The draw leaves City five points adrift of Arsenal. City face Brentford next while Arsenal travel to West Ham in their next fixture.
