Manchester City demolished Crystal Palace 3-0 on Wednesday night at home. The result keeps them in the title race, just two points behind Arsenal.

City trailed Arsenal by five points coming into the match. Arsenal had won 1-0 at West Ham the previous weekend.

Manager Pep Guardiola made six changes to his lineup. His side still controlled the game against the visitors.

Phil Foden was outstanding throughout the encounter. He set up Antoine Semenyo and Omar Marmoush for first-half goals.

Savinho scored in the closing stages to complete the rout. City's three-goal margin closed the gap at the top.

Both clubs have two matches remaining in their campaigns. Arsenal host Burnley on Monday night next.

City travel to Bournemouth the following day. The title race remains wide open between the pair.
