It was a day of solemn remembrance as Mr. Sylvester Oromoni penned heartfelt posthumous birthday wishes to his late wife, Rosemary Oghenevwaire Sylvester Oromoni, describing her as a “jewel of inestimable value” whose passing left an irreplaceable void in the family.
In his moving tribute, Oromoni reflected on the anguish of her sudden departure and the enduring impact she had on him and their children. “Words cannot fully describe the anguish your departure has caused the Children and I. The vacuum is indescribable,” he wrote, noting that the family continues to celebrate her life on her heavenly birthdays.
He praised Rosemary for her humility, generosity, and discipline, saying her true wealth was the love, joy, serenity, and knowledge of God that she freely shared with everyone around her. “My confidant, you made life so beautiful and easy with the way you chose compassion when bitterness would have easily taken hold of you, demonstrating that genuine strength rare among mortals,” Oromoni added.
Reflecting on their 42 years together, Oromoni said the laughter, challenges, and victories they shared will remain forever etched in his heart. Signing off as “Your Husband, Sylvester Oromoni,” he concluded: “Dearest, what we had will be difficult to replace. Love forever.”
