International Interest in the 35th Enugu Trade Fair

The 35th edition of the International Trade Fair, organized by the Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA), has garnered significant interest from foreign exhibitors, including Rwanda and other countries.

The fair, scheduled to take place from April 5th to April 15th, 2024, at the Permanent Trade Fair Complex in Enugu, Nigeria, promises to showcase the best of Made in Nigeria products and promote global competitiveness.

During the ECCIMA 1st Quarter Press Briefing and the 35th Enugu International Trade Fair Publicity Launch on Wednesday, Sir Odeiga Jideonwo, the President of ECCIMA, expressed gratitude to the media for its support and highlighted the enthusiasm of foreign exhibitors to participate in the event.

The fair, with the theme “Promoting Made in Nigeria Products for Global Competitiveness,” aims to boost the domestic economy and enhance the global presence of Nigerian products.

The event is expected to be inaugurated by Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, the Minister for Industry, Trade & Investment.

ECCIMA has been working on the preparations and planning for the 35th edition since the 3rd Quarter of last year.

The organization has made significant progress towards a successful hosting of the fair, with a good number of corporate bodies, business organizations, and government agencies expressing interest in participating.

With an increase in inquiries and interest from prospective participants, the 35th edition of the fair is expected to surpass the previous four editions in terms of success.

The event has been strategically re-engineered to provide positive effects and outcomes for all stakeholders, including exhibitors and participants.

As the 35th International Trade Fair approaches, the global spotlight will be on Nigeria, with the world eagerly awaiting the showcase of Made in Nigeria products and their potential to contribute to global competitiveness.
