Ghastly motor accident claims 3 lives as car slams into cement truck in Delta

A ghastly motor accident on Sunday night claimed three lives in Sapele Delta State when Toyota Corolla car slammed into a parked cement truck killing the three occupants of the car, a boy and two girls who were allegedly returning from a party.

The girls, who were believed to be in their 20s and the boy identified as 27-year-old Lucky Wire; according to an eye-witness account, died on the spot before any help could come their way.

The vehicle was said to have slammed into the rear of a stationary trailer, parked along the Amukpe – Igbeku road close to St Mary Catholic Church, Ugbeku, Amukpe which had come to deliver bags of cement to a customer in that vicinity.

The driver of the Toyota Corolla, Lucky Wire who is also known  as ‘Texas money’ and the two other deceased were not identified as at press time were returning from a night club when they rammed into the truck, dying in the spot”

Late Lucky and the two other deceased were pronounced dead at the scene, while their bodies have been deposited in a morgue.
