BREAKING: Delta discharges 3 more COVID-19 patients, active cases now 8

Delta state government today announced the discharged of three more COVID-19 patients after testing negative twice, bringing the number of cases actively managed and discharged to 6 in Delta.

The State Commissioner for Information, Mr Charles Aniagwu confirmed this development.

According to the information released, Delta State now has 8 active cases of COVID-19, 3 deaths and 6 discharged.

Recall that Delta State recorded its index case of COVID-19 on April 7 and recorded its first death from the virus on April 9.
