Arsenal booked their spot in the Champions League final with a 1-0 victory over Atletico Madrid on Tuesday evening. The first leg had ended 1-1 at the Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid.
At the Emirates, Mikel Arteta's side controlled the opening 45 minutes. Bukayo Saka pounced on a loose ball after Leandro Trossard's attempt to give the Gunners the lead.
Atletico pressed hard after the restart searching for an equalizer. But Arsenal's defense held firm throughout the second half.
The Gunners will now await the winner of PSG versus Bayern Munich. That final showdown takes place on May 30 in Budapest, Hungary.
