The Mandate Group in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State has formally declared its total and unwavering support for Senator Ned Nwoko ahead of the 2027 general elections, citing his performance, leadership capacity, and people-centred representation.
The endorsement followed a stakeholders’ meeting in Ukwuani LGA, where members of the group unanimously resolved to back the Delta North senator, describing him as a tested, trusted, and transformational leader whose tenure in the National Assembly has delivered tangible democratic dividends to Anioma land.
According to the group, Senator Nwoko has distinguished himself through consistent advocacy for the creation of Anioma State, sustained interventions in infrastructure development, and impactful youth and women empowerment programmes, alongside regular free medical outreaches across communities.
They also highlighted his vocal and principled stance on issues affecting the Ndokwa Nation and Delta North, describing it as evidence of uncommon courage, clarity of purpose, and deep commitment to the welfare of his constituents.
The group noted that Nwoko’s leadership style is defined by action rather than rhetoric, stressing that his initiatives continue to promote equity, fairness, unity, and inclusive development across the senatorial district.
Members said his representation has resonated strongly at the grassroots, particularly in Ukwuani LGA, where his efforts have brought renewed visibility, confidence, and hope to the people.
In its resolution, the Mandate Group emphasised that the 2027 elections should be guided by performance, credibility, and proven dedication to public service—qualities it said Senator Nwoko possesses in full measure.
The group pledged to mobilise and galvanise massive grassroots support across Ukwuani LGA in support of the senator’s leadership and future political aspirations.
“We stand firmly with Senator Prince Ned Nwoko because he stands firmly with the people. Our support is total, resolute, and unwavering,” the group declared.
The endorsement statement was jointly signed by Authentic Ojuwa, Oscar Okpu, Pastor Cletus Metitiri, Chukwuka Osham, Chukwunalu Odikayor, Florentina Olise, Agbale Nicholas, Rev. Maxwell Metitiri, and other stakeholders across Ukwuani LGA.
