Uche Maduagwu Criticizes VDM for Mocking Bobrisky’s Arrest

Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has criticized popular social media user Verydarkman (VDM) for mocking and rejoicing over the arrest and detention of cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Bobrisky was detained for naira mutilation, abuse of the naira, and spraying of naira notes.

VDM shared a series of videos on social media, where he mocked Bobrisky and warned others not to use their connections to save him from the EFCC.

In the videos, VDM called out other influential individuals, telling them not to intervene in the situation.

Uche Maduagwu, a controversial figure in his own right, expressed disappointment in VDM’s reaction to Bobrisky’s arrest.

In an Instagram post, Maduagwu argued that Bobrisky was more mature than VDM, pointing out that when VDM was arrested by the police for spreading fake news, Bobrisky did not mock or laugh at his situation.

Maduagwu criticized VDM for making skits and rejoicing over Bobrisky’s arrest just hours after it occurred.

The controversy surrounding Bobrisky’s arrest and the subsequent reactions from Uche Maduagwu and VDM highlight the complex and often contentious nature of social media interactions and the public’s response to celebrity news and legal issues.
