Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo has opened up about her husband's past. Juma Jux, a Tanzanian musician, faced whispers back home about his manhood.
People in Tanzania thought he couldn't father children. He was 35, wealthy, and famous—yet had no kids or baby mamas like his peers.
His friends and fellow artists all had children by then. So questions swirled about why he didn't, Priscilla explained during a chat with media personality Chude Jidenowo.
She noted that Juma had dated multiple women before meeting her. Still, the suspicions persisted in his home country.
"In his country Tanzania, people thought he was impotent because he did not have a child or babymama like many of his friends and colleagues," Priscilla said.
Even after their son arrived, the talk didn't stop. Many Tanzanians speculated the baby came through surrogacy or implantation, she revealed.
Priscilla credits her husband's discipline for the wait. According to her, he knew what he wanted and wouldn't be swayed by peers.
"He is very disciplined. He knew what he wanted.
You can roll with certain people and not be like them," she added.
The couple married in Tanzania in February 2025. They held traditional and white weddings in Lagos in April that year.
Their son, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, was born in Canada in August 2025.
