President Tinubu Approves N12bn for Super Eagles and Other National Teams

In a significant development for Nigerian sports, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the payment of N12 billion in outstanding payments for the country’s national teams.

The action aims to address the teams’ financial problems and make sure they can concentrate on performing without any interruptions.

John Enoh, the minister of sports, announced the approval and stated that the money would pay for the Super Eagles coach’s salary, which is past due by 15 months, as well as payments for the senior national team and other national teams, including female and under-20 teams.

This will undoubtedly boost the morale of the players and staff, enabling them to perform to the best of their abilities.

The decision by President Tinubu to release the funds has been met with widespread support and appreciation from the sports community.

Many believe that this will help the national teams reach their full potential and bring more success to Nigerian sports.

The timely payment of salaries and allowances will also ensure that the players and staff can focus on their training and performance rather than worrying about financial issues.

As the Nigerian sports community looks forward to a bright future, the release of the N12 billion by President Tinubu is a significant step in the right direction.

It is hoped that this will pave the way for more success and achievements in the years to come.
