NSITF’s Commitment to Service Delivery Praised by SERVICOM

The National Coordinator of SERVICOM, Nnenna Akajemeli, recently visited the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) to discuss the organization’s commitment to quality service delivery in the implementation of the Employees Compensation Scheme (ECS).

The NSITF has been commended for its efforts in this regard, as well as for the concrete measures it has taken to improve its operations in the past year.

NSITF has made service delivery a priority in its efforts to expand the Employees Compensation Scheme.
The organization has 70 functional SERVICOM desks across its regional and branch offices.

NSITF prioritizes staff welfare to motivate employees to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

The organization is working on digitalization and automation projects, such as E-NSITF and the Employer Self Service Portal, to improve the ease of doing business and enhance customer satisfaction.

NSITF plans to create new branches and service centers to bring services closer to customers, improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.

During the visit, Akajemeli commended the NSITF for entrenching quality service delivery as a crucial element in the implementation of the Employees Compensation Scheme.

She also praised the organization for the concrete measures it has taken to re-position itself in the last year.

Akajemeli highlighted the importance of an optimally functioning SERVICOM Department in every organization, and urged the NSITF to provide adequate training and resources for its SERVICOM staff.

In response, the Managing Director of the NSITF, Maureen Allagoa, stated that the organization prioritizes effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.

She mentioned that the organization has achieved a high level of customer satisfaction through tenacious efforts and pursuits, and is working to improve its processes through digitalization and automation projects.

The NSITF’s commitment to service delivery and customer satisfaction has been recognized by SERVICOM, and the organization continues to make strides in improving its operations.

With the implementation of digital and automation projects and plans to expand its services, the NSITF is well-positioned to provide efficient and effective services to its customers.
