Edo Guber: PDP Campaign Council to Secure 80% Votes for Ighodalo, Obaseki Declares

Governor Godwin Obaseki has declared that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s campaign council will deliver a staggering 80 percent of votes to the party’s candidate, Asuerinme Ighodalo.
This announcement was made during the inauguration of the campaign council in Benin.
Governor Obaseki, who is confident in the party’s ability to secure a victory, highlighted that the campaign council is structured to reach all 192 wards across the state.
He emphasized that the council’s composition includes all key organs of the party, ensuring a comprehensive and robust campaign strategy.
During the inauguration, Governor Obaseki emphasized that the campaign will focus on the achievements of his administration, the lives that have been positively impacted, and the future vision for the state.
He stressed the importance of addressing the challenges faced by the citizens and providing hope for a brighter future under the PDP.
Furthermore, Governor Obaseki called on party members to unite against those who have allegedly accepted financial support from opposing political parties.
He urged them to work together to ensure that these individuals are not allowed to undermine the PDP’s efforts.
As the campaign for the Edo governorship election intensifies, the PDP, under the leadership of Governor Obaseki and the newly inaugurated campaign council, aims to secure a significant victory for its candidate, Asuerinme Ighodalo.
The party’s focus on achievements, unity, and a vision for the future will be key elements in their strategy to mobilize support and secure the majority of votes in the forthcoming election.
