Comptroller General of Customs, Mr. Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, has announced plans to facilitate the direct disposal of food items forfeited to the federal government to alleviate the current hardships faced by Nigerians.

This move is part of the service’s commitment to prevent the unlawful export of vital food resources and to ensure food security and economic stability.
