Mohbad’s Father Defends Wearing Late Son’s Clothes: A Father’s Right and Focus on Justice

The father of late Afrobeat singer Mohbad, Joseph Aloba, addressed critics who have been attacking him for wearing his son’s clothes on multiple occasions.

In a candid interview with TikTok influencer @kachi_wire_, Mr. Aloba explained that he and Mohbad shared the same clothing sizes, and it was his right as a father to wear his son’s clothes.

The singer’s father has faced a wave of criticism since Mohbad’s untimely death, including a DNA request from his daughter-in-law, questions about the rushed burial of his son, and disputes over property.

Despite the backlash, Mr. Aloba remains steadfast in his determination to seek justice for his late son.

In the video, Joseph Aloba dismissed critics and their opinions, stating that he is not bothered by their comments.

Instead, he emphasized his focus on obtaining justice for Mohbad.

“Mohbad is my son, and I can wear his clothes,” he said.

“We both wear the same size of clothes.

Anybody that doesn’t like the fact that I am wearing my late son’s clothes is free to say whatever they like.

My only focus right now is to get justice for my late son.”

The late singer’s father has shown immense resilience in the face of adversity and continues to stand up for what he believes is right.
