The chairman of Portland Resorts Hotel, Azubuike Ihemeje, announced the offer on Facebook after being contacted by a communication company, Ulefone.

According to Ihemeje, Anyim Veronica will receive the satellite phone when she arrives at his hotel for a fully covered vacation over the weekend.

“ANOTHER BIG ONE! A communication company Ulefone HOUSE has promised to gift Vera Anyim of NOUN one of their premium satellite phone worth 1.8 Million Naira, soon as she arrives at Portland Resorts this weekend. Pure Grace!” he wrote in a Facebook post.

He further clarified that the device would be handed to Anyim Veronica at the anniversary of their hotel and confirmed that she is their current brand ambassador.

The phone company will deliver it to her at Portland Resort in Port Harcourt, where she’ll be treated to a rare premium vacation.

Portland Resort is celebrating its one-year anniversary this Sunday, April 21, 2024, and will be opening its luxury cinema and VVIP Lounge Club, of which Anyim Veronica is currently the brand ambassador.
