Veteran Nollywood actor Kanayo O. Kanayo has advised untalented actors to consider selling crayfish instead of desperately pursuing acting careers.

He expressed his concern about the threat that some actors' desperation poses to the film industry.

In the teaser of the upcoming episode of The Honest Bunch podcast, co-hosted by Nedu, Husband Material, and Deit Cole, the 62-year-old actor lamented that many girls are too desperate to act.

He stated, "Acting is in-built. If it's not in you, go and sell crayfish."

Kanayo O. Kanayo emphasized the importance of preserving the integrity of the film industry, saying, "Let us run some people out of the [movie] industry.

I aspire to be in a position where, at 70, 75, 80, or even 90 years old, I will still be actively performing.

The actor also alleged that drug abuse and homosexuality have taken over Nollywood, further highlighting the need to maintain the industry's standards and reputation.
