JAMB has scheduled June 13, 2026 for its UTME mop-up examination. The board announced the date on Monday through its spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin.

The mop-up exercise targets candidates who registered and passed biometric verification but couldn't sit the main exam. Various factors prevented them from participating during the April 23-29 examination window.

Technical glitches at some centres disrupted the process for numerous test-takers. Others had their results cancelled due to examination malpractices discovered after the exercise.

Some candidates also failed biometric verification despite showing up. All these groups have been compiled into a single list for the make-up sitting.

According to JAMB, this represents the final chance for candidates to complete their 2026 UTME participation. No other examination window will follow after June 13.

Affected candidates can begin downloading their examination notification slips from June 6, 2026. JAMB urges them to print these slips immediately and locate their assigned centres.

Preparation time is limited, the board cautioned. Candidates must familiarize themselves with their examination venues before the scheduled date.

JAMB made clear this opportunity won't be repeated. Anyone absent on June 13 will have exhausted all examination opportunities for the 2026 UTME cycle.

In its statement, the board emphasized candidates should arrange transport and logistics now. No exemptions or deferrals will be granted after this mop-up exercise concludes.
