Jamaica's football federation has extended a surprise call-up to Manchester United's Dante Plunkett for Saturday's Unity Cup final against Nigeria's Super Eagles.
It marks the first time the Reggae Boyz have invited the teenage left-back to represent the nation. Plunkett, 18, joined the English club from Aston Villa last year.
The defender featured in 15 matches across all competitions for United's U-18 squad this season. He'll link up with Jamaica's squad in London on Friday ahead of the clash.
Rudolph Speid's team will battle Nigeria at the Valley on Saturday evening. Jamaica fell to a 5-4 penalty shootout loss in last year's final against Éric Chelle's side.
