Eniola Ajao Seeks Public Support, Denies Awarding Bobrisky

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Eniola Ajao has recently made headlines following the controversy surrounding the ‘Best Dressed Female’ award given to transvestite Bobrisky at the premiere of her movie, ‘Ajakaju.’

After her previous attempt to clarify the situation, Ajao has now released a video message on Instagram, denying that Bobrisky was the actual recipient of the award.

In the video, Ajao passionately appealed to Nigerians to support her by going to the cinema to watch her movie, as she fears she could go bankrupt if the film is canceled due to the ongoing controversy.

She explained that the award given to Bobrisky was merely a promotional stunt, and she never intended for it to be taken seriously.

The actress emphasized that she does not engage in clout-chasing or attention-seeking stunts and that the only reason she used Bobrisky in the promotion was to help sell the film.

Ajao also mentioned that the movie received positive reviews from the industry and that she is proud of the work she has done.

In the face of backlash and negative reactions on social media, Ajao’s plea for support is a heartfelt attempt to salvage her project and ensure that her hard work and dedication do not go to waste.

As she continues to navigate the controversy, it remains to be seen if the public will respond to her request and help her movie succeed despite the challenges.
