Delta APC needs a father-figure to resolve its crisis -Engr Ohwerhi

 A concerned All Progressives Congress (APC) Stalwart in Jesse, Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State, Engr. Oris Ohwerhi has identified the character of a person that can once and for all resolve the intractable crisis bedeviling the party in the State.

Engr. Ohwerhi, a House of Representative hopeful for Ethiope Federal Constituency, in an interview with ADVOCATE said the party need a father-figure who is truthful, firm and impartial to bring all factions of the party to a round table discussion.

He said that such arbiter must first of all meet both factions separately before bringing them together in a round table where the genesis of the crisis would be looked into in a very frank manner and blamed apportioned appropriately after which a solution that will be for the overall interest of the party proffered.

Engr. Ohwerhi, said his concern stemmed from the fact that if both factions are allowed to dissipate their energy on who is right and who is wrong, that it is one sure way of handing over victory to the ruling PDP in the state come 2019 on a platter of gold.

He therefore suggested that without further delay that concerned elders of the party in the state should set machinery in motion to identify such character who may not necessary be a Deltan to call both factions together as a matter of urgent public importance so that the party in the state can with one voice face the PDP in the fast approaching 2019 general elections.

The frontline aspirant who expressed hope in the ability of the party to resolve the crisis as signals coming from both factions indicate their preparedness for reconciliation said such spirit must envelop them and their followers so that those fanning the ember of this crisis will be put to shame forever.
