Davido and Chioma welcome twins in Atlanta

Nigerian singer Davido and his wife Chioma have welcomed a set of twins, a boy and a girl, in Atlanta, United States of America. The couple announced the news on their social media platforms on Friday, October 13, 2023.

Davido shared a video of himself and Chioma leaving the hospital with their twins, accompanied by his father, Dr. Adedeji Adeleke, and other family members and friends. He captioned the video, “God is good. The twins are here. Thank you, Chioma, for everything. You are amazing. I love you.”

Chioma also posted a photo of herself holding the twins, with Davido kissing her on the cheek. She wrote, “Words cannot express how I feel right now. Thank you, Davido, for being the best husband and father. Thank you for making me a mother of twins. I love you more than words can say.”

The twins are the second and third children of Davido and Chioma, who already have a son named Ifeanyi, who was born in 2019. The couple had lost their son in a tragic accident in 2022, which left them devastated.
