SC Braga have secured Nigerian defender Adebisi Olamikun from Inter Lagos, completing a move that saw off interest from several top European sides. The Portuguese Primeira Liga club won the race for the 18-year-old centre-back, who has put pen to paper on a long-term deal.
Olamikun proved instrumental in Inter Lagos' rise to the Nigeria Premier Football League last season. The left-footed defender brings recovery pace, composure in possession and strong aerial ability to Braga's squad.
He'll link up with the Minho Warriors for pre-season training now the transfer has been finalised. The young talent is expected to integrate into the club's development plans as they prepare for the upcoming campaign.
