Arsenal forward Leandro Trossard is set to join Besiktas this summer after the two clubs moved close to finalizing their agreement. The Athletic reported that negotiations between both teams have entered final stages with the deal nearing completion.
Besiktas will hand Arsenal an upfront fee of €18 million, with an additional €2 million available through performance-based add-ons. Trossard, 31, is poised to sign a three-year contract that includes the option to extend for a fourth season.
The Belgian forward will pocket approximately €7 million annually at the Turkish club. Personal terms between Trossard and Besiktas have been largely agreed, sources confirmed.
Arsenal have begun eyeing replacements for their departing attacker. The Gunners are targeting Aston Villa winger Morgan Rogers to strengthen their attacking department, according to reports.
