Arsenal are actively pursuing a move for Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis this January window. Negotiations for the 24-year-old could cost the Gunners around €40 million, sources familiar with the deal told reporters.
The Athletic reports that signing Tzolis wouldn't affect Arsenal's pursuit of Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers. Sporting director Andrea Bertela remains busy strengthening the club's attacking options in the transfer market.
Tzolis has impressed in Belgian football, scoring 23 goals last season for Fortuna Dusseldorf in Germany's second division. Over two seasons at Club Brugge, he's netted 43 goals.
Arsenal want a new left winger before the window closes. The club has also enquired about Juventus' young Turkish talent Kenan Yildiz, 21, as they explore multiple options in attack.
