He said the equipments includes patient beds, computers, power generators, office furniture, diagnostic ultrasounds, stress systems, surgical lights, sterilizers, patient monitors, defibrillators, anesthesia machines and among other valuable medical equipments were supplied to Oporoza and Tsekelewu cottage hospitals.

According to Ukori, “now that we have purchase these medical equipments, we want the Delta State Government not to renege on her earlier promise to take over the running of the hospitals for the benefits of the people of Egbema and Gbaramatu kingdom”.

Ukori further appealed to the Delta state government to as a matter of urgency deploy personnel to the two cottage hospitals in order for the equipments they bought with huge amount of money not to go bad.

He lamented, “Presently the people of the oil rich Egbema and Gbaramatu kingdoms in Delta state have no place to access medical care.
