The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) will feature 24 teams for the second consecutive edition, as the final round of qualifiers concluded on Tuesday. The tournament will be hosted by Ivory Coast, which qualified automatically as hosts but still participated in the qualifying group stage.
