Yahaya Bello advises Atiku, Obi to accept defeat and drop appeal

Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello has advised the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP), Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, to accept defeat and drop their appeal against the judgement of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT).

Bello, who spoke to journalists in Abuja on Thursday, said there was no ground for appeal and urged Atiku and Obi to save their resources and trouble by accepting the verdict.
