We must deliver quality education, jobs for Nigerians – Tinubu

On Thursday, President Bola Tinubu spoke in Lagos to members of the National Working Committee, NWC, of the All Progressives Congress, APC. He said that democracy must be progressive and inclusive, and that its main goal must be to fight poverty by creating jobs for youths and ensuring quality education for all Nigerian children.

He also endorsed the creation of the National Institute of Progressive Studies, which will conduct rigorous research and train all party members on the values of democracy and good governance, while giving the party a unique identity.

He said: “Democracy has had its difficulties, but I have faith in a bright future for our nation. We will make it happen.

“I am dedicated to backing a robust and ideologically-driven democracy that is progressive, inclusive, and aimed at eradicating poverty and providing quality education for our children.

“Working together with different branches of government is vital, and I applaud the leadership of our party for their efforts to advance these important ideals.”
