The Legislative Barometer, a specialised think-tank of the National Assembly in Abuja, has ranked Hon. Rev. Francis Ejiroghene Waive, Member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South, and Udu Federal Constituency, among the top-performing lawmakers in the House of Representatives.
In its recently released Legislative Productivity Index, which evaluated all 360 members of the House across law-making, constituency engagements, plenary participation, and oversight functions, Hon. Waive scored 77 points, placing him 4th nationwide and the highest-ranking legislator from Delta State.
The assessment, observers noted, underscores Waive’s dedication, effectiveness, and visible commitment to his mandate. “His result-oriented commitment to work, securing visibility and relevance for our people, is now acknowledged nationally,” the commendation stated.
