The UEFA Euro 2024 football tournament is set to kick off on June 14th, 2024, at 8 pm Nigeria time, with hosts Germany facing Scotland in the opening match.

This marks the first time Germany is hosting a major international tournament since the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Defending champions Italy, drawn in the 'Group of Death' alongside Spain and Croatia, begin their campaign against Albania on June 16th.

Football fans will be eagerly watching Kylian Mbappé's France, considered hot favorites, as they start their tournament against Austria on June 18th.

His soon-to-be Real Madrid teammate Jude Bellingham will begin his campaign with England a day earlier against Serbia. Meanwhile, many fans will be watching Cristiano Ronaldo as he aims for a second Euro championship with Portugal, facing the Czech Republic on June 19th, 2024.

The tournament will feature a total of 51 matches, with the knockout stage beginning on June 29th and culminating in the Final at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on July 15th. The complete match schedule can be found below.
