Governor Uba Sani says Kaduna State is fully committed to backing President Tinubu's reform drive. He believes this alignment will create the right atmosphere for businesses to grow across the state.

His government has pursued deliberate reforms over the years. These efforts have focused on boosting transparency, strengthening institutions, and simplifying government processes.

Investment promotion and improved service delivery are also key priorities. Sani made these remarks at a technical session of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council on Thursday.

He was represented by Commissioner Patience Fakai at the PEBEC town hall in Kaduna. According to the governor, these reforms are already delivering concrete outcomes.

"In the most recent Subnational Ease of Doing Business assessment, Kaduna was ranked second in Nigeria," Sani noted. He added that while proud of this ranking, reform remains an ongoing process.

Sani expressed excitement about the workshop's potential benefits. He identified regulatory impact assessment and investor experience management as critical focus areas.

Harmonization of levies, dispute resolution, and digital reforms also topped his list. "Today's session gives us a chance to deepen understanding in these areas," he told participants.

Learning from peers and collaborative problem-solving matter greatly to the state. Sani believes the workshop recommendations will strengthen Kaduna's reform efforts going forward.

He urged all participants to engage actively in discussions. Sharing experiences openly, he said, would help the state maintain its position as a top investment hub.

PEBEC Director General Princess Zahrah Mustapha Audu addressed the gathering separately. She explained that the engagement reflects a core principle of Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.

According to her, the president believes sustainable economic transformation requires federal-state partnership. "Nigeria's economic future won't be decided in Abuja alone," she remarked.

States like Kaduna will shape that future through local economies. Business competitiveness, quality infrastructure, and institutional effectiveness are vital to this vision.

Investor confidence matters just as much, Audu insisted. She highlighted Kaduna's unique competitive advantages in her remarks.

The state sits strategically as the gateway to Northern Nigeria. Its transportation networks and agricultural sector provide solid foundations for growth.

A growing industrial base and strong educational institutions strengthen its appeal further. Abundant human capital opens doors in manufacturing, logistics, and technology sectors.

Renewable energy and agribusiness represent emerging opportunities with significant potential. Audu noted these position Kaduna as one of Nigeria's most attractive investment destinations.

Rail and road connectivity give the state additional advantages. Its proximity to major markets and industrial estates support sustainable economic expansion.

Kaduna's commitment to business reforms provides a strong foundation. Investors increasingly view the state as offering genuine opportunities for long-term growth.
