Bayo Onanuga, the President's Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, made this known Thursday evening.
According to Onanuga, the broadcast airs at 7:00 a.m. on NTA and FRCN networks.
He called on all television and radio stations across the country to carry the transmission live.
The speech marks another significant moment in Nigeria's democratic journey this year.
