Lagos police have seized an unregistered MAN diesel truck at the state's exit point. The vehicle contained 47 sacks of military camouflage uniforms and 80 cartons of suspected illicit drugs.

Four suspects are now in police custody following the interception. SP Ambimbola Adebisi, the command's spokesperson, confirmed this in a statement released Tuesday.

Early findings suggest the uniforms were heading to Nigeria's Southeast region. Investigators are still working to identify where the items originated.

Police say they're determining who owns the cargo and who was supposed to receive it. They're also establishing how deeply involved each suspect is in the operation.

Authorities haven't stopped there. They're actively searching for additional people connected to what they're treating as a criminal enterprise.
