Police Arrested Man who killed his neighbour over food in Edo

A young man of 21, Johnson Edosa, was caught by the police for killing his neighbour, Promise (23), after they fought over food in Benin City, Edo State.

People said that the two who stayed on East Circular Road quarrelled over food in the day and the killer later finished his neighbour in the night, saying that he was mad.

The Edo State command’s mouthpiece, Chidi Nwabuzor, who said the thing happened, said the DPO of St Saviour heard about a killing of one Promise (23) by one Johnson Edosa (21).

He said, “The dead one and the killer were staying in the same house when the killer just jumped on him as he was sleeping and used a knife to slice his neck.

“After killing the dead one, Johnson’s mother joined him and buried the dead one in a small hole right inside the house near his father’s hole.
