The Professional Footballers' Association released its Player of the Year shortlists on Friday. Six nominees made the cut in both the men's and women's categories.
Arsenal's triumphant Premier League squad dominates the men's race. Gabriel Magalhaes, David Raya, and Declan Rice all earned nominations from their title-winning side.
Manchester City and Manchester United round out the men's list. Rayan Cherki and Erling Haaland represent City, while Bruno Fernandes flies the United flag.
In the women's category, defending champion Bunny Shaw secured another nomination. Shaw's Manchester City teammate Yui Hasegawa also made the six-person shortlist.
Chelsea's Lauren James and Arsenal's Alessia Russo join them in contention. Aston Villa forward Kirsty Hanson and Manchester United's Jess Park complete the women's nominees.
Young Player of the Year features another City talent in Cherki. Liverpool's Rio Ngumoha, Manchester United's Kobbie Mainoo, and Arsenal's Max Dowman are also in the running.
Bournemouth's Junior Kroupi and Manchester City's Nico O'Reilly round out the youth award nominations. Winners will be announced at a later date.
