Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has congratulated renowned politician, businessman and legal practitioner, Chief Fred Okiemute Majemite, on the occasion of his 62nd birth anniversary, describing him as a distinguished son of Delta whose life reflects service, excellence and generosity.
In a statement issued in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor praised Majemite’s remarkable contributions to governance, law, business and philanthropy, noting that he has continued to make a meaningful impact both within and outside public office.
Oborevwori recalled Majemite’s tenure as Commissioner for Lands, Surveys and Urban Development, where he said the celebrant demonstrated dedication, professionalism and a strong commitment to the development of Delta State. He added that Majemite has consistently earned the respect and admiration of colleagues and associates through his integrity and sense of responsibility.
“Chief Fred Majemite has, over the years, demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a deep passion for service. His contributions to governance and his impact in the legal profession and business community remain noteworthy,” the Governor said.
The Governor also commended the Ekiugbo-Ughelli-born leader for his philanthropic spirit, describing him as a compassionate figure who has continued to uplift the less privileged and champion worthy causes across the state.
