As Nigeria seeks to attract more foreign direct investment portfolios, the Nigeria Export-Import Bank has announced that investors in Nigeria can enjoy up to a 30 percent return on their investments.
This was revealed by the Executive Director of Business Development at NEXIM, Stella Okotete, who hosted the Mexican Ambassador to Nigeria, Alfredo Miranda, in Abuja recently.
She urged the country and Mexico to work together to increase the market share of Nigerian goods in Mexico.
She said that such cooperation would enhance the country’s foreign exchange income, create investment possibilities, and ultimately improve the well-being of both nations’ citizens.
Okotete also displayed some of the Nigerian-made export goods that the bank had funded and pointed out other investment opportunities in Nigeria, according to a statement from the bank in Abuja on Sunday.
She guaranteed investors huge profit potential upon investing in Nigeria, especially in the non-oil sector.
She stated, “We are talking about, in some cases, 30 percent, between seven and 30 percent; you won’t find it anywhere else but in Nigeria. So, if you are looking for the best place to invest in terms of return on investment, this is it.”
