Mrakpor lauds Oboro courage, describes women as foremost ambassadors of development

Speaking,  the State Attorney General noted some importanceand reasons while women must be considered into elective positions. He stressed  that women are created with managerial skills and as well as good representatives in terms of representation.

In his words, ” you can go to bed and sleep when you live women to represent you and as a result of their God given skills, i do not subscribed to that thought which beleive only men should be our representatives.

The Senator hopeful come 2019, Barr.( Sen.) Oboro in her speech,  sang praises of the attorney general describing him as and humble man. She stated that Barr. Peter Mrakpor is a loving man with the fear of God, hence he has allowed her and her campaugn entourgae into his home.

Hon. Oboro later promised not to turn the people of Ughelli South down if elected. She maintained that Delta Central Senatorial visit is never and, not a birthright nor inheritance of any man but a position that belong to every qualified Urhobo Son or daughter of good repute, noting that her representation will attract enormous development.

The aspiring Hon. Evelyn Oboro however, frowned at past representatives whom she said has pkunged the Urhobo nation into a state of pity, she therefore advised the electorate to understand the choice of people to be voted into power come 2019.

Barr. Oboro further stressed that most problems our people are directly or indirectly caused by them as result of patronage of incredible candidates who do not have their plight at heart. She assured the people of restoring back the glory of the Urhobo nation if given the opportunity, and as well attract mini industries that uses petroleum bye products to the area.

The Delta central amazon also used the opportunity to recall her achievements as a Councillor, Council Chairman and House of Representatives member, affirming that every opportunity given to her, has been judiciously utilized for the well being of her people.

She appealed to the leadership of the party to implement the two men, one woman policy of the party in the forthcoming primary election to ensure her emergence as the senatorial candidate of the PDP.

Barr. Mrakpor seized the opportunity to call on teeming supporters to always stand by a popular candidate and charged the Urhobo nationas to look beyond politics of money and use their PVC to vote the best candidate into elective positions come 2019 and assured the aspirant of his support.
